ASP.NET: ASP.NET is the latest in ASP technology, specifically designed to be far faster and more stable than the current ASP engine. Visit http://www.asp.net for more information. ASP.NET is supported on all our Windows servers.


Web-based Email: We support web based email, so you can check and send mail through your browser (note we do not support giving away free email addresses to visitors of your website).

MySQL: MySQL is supported on all of our linux servers. There is no extra charge for this.

JSP: JSP/Servlets are supported on both our Linux and Windows servers using the Resin engine developed by www.caucho.com.

Hosting

If you need more than 1000 mb of space (the entire html and graphics on this site doesn't even take up 10mb) we charge $10 per month for 50 extra mb.

Please note if you need a domain name we charge $65 to purchase one and set it up on your behalf (this includes the cost of the domain name for one year). Up to 20GB of bandwidth is free per month (this is data transferred from your site), beyond this the cost is $10 per GB.

SQL Server 2000 (all prices are paid annually for SQL Server):

Maxim now offers SQL Server 2000 as an optional extra to it's plans. SQL Server 2000 is used as a high-end database solution. It is an alternative to the lower-end Access, Foxpro or Dbase databases.

To use SQL Server 2000 you need to have either Enterprise Manager or Visual Interdev to manage the SQL server database.

Plan 1 ($180): Database - 25MB Disk space, Logs - 13MB Disk space
Plan 2 ($240): Database - 50MB Disk space, Logs - 25MB Disk space
Plan 3 ($350): Database - 100MB Disk space, Logs - 50MB Disk space
